BEIJING (Sputnik) — Antonov was speaking at the seventh Xiangshan security Forum which kicked off in Beijing earlier in the day.
"We stand for the continuation of the discussion on the construction of the regional security architecture connecting the widest range of countries… We are convinced that the central role in building a regional order should belong to ASEAN, and look forward to broad support of our ASEAN partners," Antonov said.
