In September, the Bank of Russia lowered its forecast on Russia's capital outflow in 2016 from $25 bln to $14 bln, and in 2017 from $25 bln to $18 bln.
The average net capital outflow in 2018-2019 is expected at $25 bln, according to the Central Bank.
