WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — The United States has removed restrictions on alcohol and tobacco products brought into the country from Cuba, the US Treasury Department said in a statement on Friday.
“OFAC [Treasury Dept. Office of Foreign Assets Control] is removing the monetary value limitations on what authorized travelers may import from Cuba into the United States as accompanied baggage,” the statement noted.
