BERLIN (Sputnik) — The Normandy Four format meeting of Russian, German, French and Ukrainian leaders on the Ukrainian crisis concluded on Thursday in Berlin after almost five hours.
Russian President Vladimir Putin, as well as French leader Francois Hollande and German Chancellor Angela Merkel are expected to start the discussion of the Syrian crisis.
After the talks, the French and German leaders are expected to make a statement during a press conference, while the Russian president is set to hold a briefing.
