NEW YORK (Sputnik) — On Sunday, FBI Director James Comey said letter to Congress the agency has not changed its July decision not to recommend criminal charges against Clinton amid the ongoing scandal with classified emails handling after reviewing new evidences.
"I believe in the integrity of the FBI. I happen to differ on what the conclusion should actually be," Chaffetz told CBS News. "Regardless of the results of the election, of course we are going to continue to probe this."
Comey announced the reopening of the previously closed probe into Clinton's use of a private server on October 28, when a new batch of potentially critical emails were discovered in an unrelated investigation.
