However, French-born lawyer Olivier Piton, an expert in the public and administrative law of the United States, France and the European Union and former head of the Public Affairs Section of the Economics Department in the Embassy of France to the US in Washington, DC explained to Sputnik France that regardless of the FBI's decision to clear the charges, the matter seems to be far from over.
"The FBI so far has told that there are no additional data which would allow Clinton to be held responsible. However, the investigation has not finished yet," Olivier Piton, who wrote a book, The New American Revolution (La Nouvelle Révolution Américaine), told Sputnik.
"It means that there is still a chance for the later investigation into the issue. Since the Republicans have claimed more than once that they will insist on the court order even after November 8, the day of elections in the US, there is still nothing that proves that the issue of these emails will be dropped once and for all," he said.
American legislators will once make an inquiry into how this Foundation is actually being managed, Piton suggested.
"The Clinton Foundation is not transparent in its operations," he told Sputnik.
"There are undoubtedly unnatural ties between this Foundation, which should pursue non-commercial purposes, and the expenses which it experienced during this election campaign, and not only this one, " he said.
Well-known European geopolitical analyst Alexandre Del Valle told Sputnik France that the Clintons Clan is not only closely allied with the oil monarchies of the Persian Gulf, but is also dependent on money provided by Muslim countries and its ties with an organization known as the Muslim Brotherhood.
"Even President Obama has six advisors who are very close to the Muslim Brotherhood," he told Sputnik.
"The Clintons' Clan is diametrically opposed to the Bush's Clan on the political chessboard. However the two have two common features: both pursue the policy of military intervention into the policy of other states and have close ties with the head hubs of radical Islamism," he said.
Hence, he suggested, there will be no improvement in the years to come. Even though "Trump has spoiled all the fun," he concluded.
