US Should Change Approach to Afghanistan Issue, Cooperate With Russia
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Kabulov noted that the September 2014 deal proposed by US Secretary of State John Kerry lacks a compromise mechanism to ensure the unity of the establishment in Afghanistan.

"They should stop political games like the current formation of a national unity government. This is a failed project, it does not work. To begin with, it is unconstitutional in principle," Zamir Kabulov told RIA Novosti.
