MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Russian Economic Development Minister Alexei Ulyukayev, detained on suspicion of bribery, is being interrogated by the Investigative Committee, a law enforcement source told RIA Novosti on Tuesday.
"His interrogation is currently underway, he is at the Russian Investigative Committee," the source said.
Ulyukayev is under investigation for allegedly receiving $2 million for a positive appraisal that allowed Russian energy company Rosneft to buy the state's shares of Bashneft oil company, the Russian Investigative Committee said earlier Tuesday.
