On this episode of "By Any Means Necessary" host Eugene Puryear is joined by Dr. Philip Stinson, Associate Professor, Criminal Justice Program at Bowling Green State University and Sean Blackmon, from the Stop Police Terror Project-DC to talk about the decision not to charge Charlotte police officers in the murder of Keith Lamont Scott on September 20th, 2016.  The group also talks about the ability for police to control all media and public narratives following police misconduct and the failure of jury selection processes to weed out pro-police jurors.
