BRUSSELS (Sputnik) — NATO and the European Union announced on Tuesday that they had agreed on a 42-point plan to strengthen defense and security cooperation in light of modern threats.
"This trend is clearly seen in three areas of cooperation: thwarting alleged cyber-attacks, countering 'hybrid' operations, and conducting strategic propaganda," Grushko told Russian reporters in Brussels.
"We are certainly concerned about this because such cooperation will inevitably generate new attempts to whip up the myth on the absolute need to defend themselves against Russia," the diplomat stressed.
