She said that Moscow condemns the "act of aggression" against the Russian hospital.
Russia expects that those who ordered and carried out the attack on the Russian hospital will be brought to justice, Zakharova said.

Statement by US Army Commander in Afghanistan
Nicholson accused Russia of "legitimization of the Taliban movement." According to the commander, Moscow is allegedly supporting the Taliban, thus undermining US and NATO efforts aimed at the fight against terrorism.
"We have reiterated that Russia does not conduct any negotiations with the Taliban movement and does not provide them with any support. At the same time we believe that a military solution to the Afghan conflict does not exist, and the achievement of peace in the country is possible only through negotiations."
She also said that Russia and Afghanistan reached agreements on the military-technical assistance, including the maintenance of Russian and Soviet helicopters.
Obama Administration Continues 'Witch-Hunt'-Style Anti-Russian Hysteria
Zakharova said that the administration of US President Barack Obama continues a "witch hunt" and anti-Russian hysteria.

She said that Russia is not ruling out retaliatory measures should Russian diplomats be banned from leaving diplomatic missions in the United States.
"If current US authorities want to limit the movement of own representatives in Russia, they should take into account that everything in diplomacy is based on reciprocity. I mean that there will be the same attitude toward American diplomats in Russia," she said.
Moscow Puzzled Why Some Countries Don't Implement Agreements on Syria
"We see that a number of countries, firstly, fail to implement agreements, and secondly, support actions which run counter to the… agreed course. We are puzzled and concerned."
"We understand why they do it: they have their own political and geostrategic plans, which don't portray them in a good light to speak about them," Zakharova said.

"I would like to say that we received a response from the OSCE representative on the media freedom. In a response letter, the OSCE representative noted the obvious political nature of this document. At the same time, Ms Mijatovic promised … to react immediately to serious cases of member states not fulfilling their corresponding responsibilities," Zakharova said.
