NAGATO (Russia), (Sputnik) — Earlier in the day, Russian media reported that Japanese investors had been involved in discussions on buying a 19.5-percent share of Rosneft. However the deal had not taken place, because the Japanese partners expressed concerns over a recent detention of former Economic Development Minister Alexei Ulyukayev and his following resignation.
