MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The funds that the Russian Strategic Missile Forces (SMF) receive under the state armament program until 2020 will make it possible to maintain rearmament rates, SMF Commander Col. Gen. Sergey Karakayev said Thursday.
"Financing allocated and planned for allocation under the state armaments program until 2020 allows to maintain the pace of the planned rearmament of the forces and ensure the preparation of appropriate infrastructure of positional areas," Karakayev told reporters.
