MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The teenagers reportedly received online instructions on how to kill a person and how to make a bomb.
“[The teenagers] were recruited by terrorist groups to prepare or commit terrorist acts,” the spokesman said, as quoted by Belgian newspaper Laatste Nieuws.
On Friday, German Der Spiegel reported that a 12-year-old boy of Iraqi origin planned to carry out a terror attack at a Christmas fair, but the bomb did not detonate. The boy was reportedly recruited by Daesh terrorist group.
Daesh is notorious for recruiting teenagers from all over the world using social media.
