As the UK Parliament dissolves officially in advance of June’s General Election, wrangling over Brexit negotiations continue at a pace. Today’s main issue was the so-called “Brexit divorce bill”, which EU negotiators have made a red line before discussions can even begin.
More than 70 years after the end of the Second World War and German society is still struggling to come to terms with what it means to be German, but will a new Government plan help or hinder efforts to define German national identity?
