With half a dozen protesters dressed as soldiers and holding the Russian flag, the group added some pizzazz to their statement by beaming the phrases "Happy To Help, Bro," "Follow The Money"and "Laundering Services Available" onto the building as well.
So who’s the genius behind the staging, you wonder? None other than Robin Bell, an artist and activist becoming very well acquainted with Trump edifices.

No stranger to the anti-Trump movement, Bell was also the creator behind the projections at the Trump International Hotel in Washington, DC last May.

Some of the images Bell used in his early Spring reveal included "Pay Trump Bribes Here," "Emoluments Welcome," and the full text of Article I, Section Nine, Clause Eight of the US Constitution aka the Foreign Emoluments Clause.

This time, Bell was kind enough to offer his texts in both Russian and English — a win for multiculturalism, indeed.

The latest protest comes a week after it was announced that special counselor Robert Mueller impaneled a grand jury as part of his investigation into allegations of Russian interference in the 2016 election and collusion with Trump campaign staffers, for which no concrete evidence has been publicly demonstrated. Moscow staunchly denies any involvement.
Though no one was arrested Monday, according the the New York Daily News, it seems very likely it’s only a matter of time before Bell rings Trump again.
