The pair discuss the decision by the US attorney's office to not press charges against police involved in the murder of Terrence Sterling, the officer in that case failed to turn on his body camera until after Sterling was shot and killed.

The group also talks about affirmative action in its current state, the failure of "progressive" politicians to represent black issues, and how it is impossible for black people in America to not be political.
