Gunman Kills At Least 26 In Texas Church Massacre.
A gunman identified as Devin Patrick Kelley killed at least 26 worshippers and wounded at least 20 others in the latest mass shooting. Kelly was court-martialed in 2012 on charges of assaulting his wife and child, and sentenced to 12 months confinement.

Assailant Devin Patrick Kelley reportedly used a Ruger AR-556 assault rifle and wore a bulletproof vest as he attacked worshippers during the prayer service.
