MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Russian air defenses intercepted and destroyed 14 Ukrainian drones over the Belgorod and Kursk regions overnight, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.
“During the past night, attempts by the Kiev regime to carry out terrorist attacks using aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles against targets on the territory of the Russian Federation were stopped. Air defense systems on duty intercepted and destroyed 14 UAVs over the Belgorod region (11 UAVs) and Kursk region (3 UAVs),” the ministry said.
