The Russian Defense Ministry has published footage of Yazykoved special acoustic systems traversing the Kherson front area, urging Ukrainian servicemen to stop their suicidal attacks and save their lives by surrendering.

The Ukrainian counteroffensive, initiated in early June, has completely failed.
