The first explosion, killing 12 people and injuring over 30 others, took place outside the office of independent election candidate Asfand Yar Khan Kakar in the Pishin district.
Both of the explosions targeted election candidates in Balochistan, just a day before the Pakistani general election, the TV channel reported.
The politician was absent from the office at the moment of the bombing. A local doctor was cited as saying that the injured had been taken to hospital, with most of them being in critical condition.
Earlier in the day, media reported that eight people have been killed and several others were injured in an explosion outside the headquarters of a political party in the Balochistan province in southwestern Pakistan.
