At the same time, Lavrov said, Western media ignore officially documented information from eyewitnesses previously obtained by Russian media and investigators, including those indicating the presence of a Ukrainian military jet in the vicinity of the doomed flight.
A final investigation report is expected to be published by the Dutch Safety Board by mid-2015. Meanwhile, Kiev forces and pro-independence supporters of Donbas have accused each other of the tragedy.
