There are some eyewitnesses who contradict each other and say things that sound bizarre to any expert, for example, a zigzagging missile, separating stages, a trail of blue smoke," he said.
At the same time, Lavrov said, Western media ignore officially documented information from eyewitnesses previously obtained by Russian media and investigators, including those indicating the presence of a Ukrainian military jet in the vicinity of the doomed flight.
A final investigation report is expected to be published by the Dutch Safety Board by mid-2015. Meanwhile, Kiev forces and pro-independence supporters of Donbas have accused each other of the tragedy.
