Washington has deployed the bombers amid escalation in Lebanon, Iran, Israel and Palestine, Air & Space Forces Magazine reports, citing American officials.
The US Central Command (CENTCOM) announced that a group of B-52 aircraft had arrived in the Middle East on Sunday, but the exact number of bombers was not disclosed.
"The US is deploying a total of six B-52s, an additional squadron of F-15E Strike Eagles, and more aerial refueling tankers to support those aircraft," Air & Space Forces Magazine stated.
