In particular, Biden is accused of a lack of sensitivity to the deaths of Palestinian civilians, including elderly and children, due to the Israel Defense Forces' (IDF) bombing campaign. Meanwhile, the exact number of Arab Americans in the US is unclear: per the Census Bureau, it is around two million; however, some researchers say the real number could be closer to 3.8 million. When it comes to the Muslim American population – which includes Arab, African, and Asian Americans – it's about 3.45 million, according to the Pew Research Center.
